I am passionate about fostering personal growth and well-being through a mindful, person-centered approach. My love for meeting new people and immersing myself in diverse cultures through travel has enriched my profession with a global perspective. I’ve had the privilege of conducting research abroad in London (Sept 2010), Naples, Italy (Sept-Oct 2012), Germany (Sept 2013-Sept 2014), Spain (Oct 2016), Ireland, Scotland, and England (Sept-Oct 2017), Italy (Oct 2022), and Germany (Dec 2024). Each of these experiences continues to shape and inform the way I support individuals on their unique paths.
